Pan de queso




Llevo unos días convaleciente en casa y me aburro soberanamente. Para distraerme, me trajeron unos fascículos de una colección, que recientemente ha aparecido en los quioscos sobre recetas y moldes de silicona. Vi este pan y no me pude resistir a la tentación...
Ingredientes:
* 75gr de aceitunas rellenas
* 75gr de pimientos del piquillo
* 1 cucharada de cebollino picado
* 125gr de queso parmesano rallado
* 350gr de harina
* 2 cucharaditas de levadura seca
* 1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato
* 1 cucharadita de mostaza en grano
* 3 huevos
* 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
* 300ml de suero de leche: Si no sabéis cómo conseguirlo, una manera muy sencilla es calentando esa misma cantidad de leche, cuando rompa a hervir, la apartamos del fuego y le añadimos el zumo de medio limón. Dejamos reposar durante 10 minutos y colamos el resultado. Por un lado tendremos el suero y por otra habremos hecho... ¡ricota casera!. Gracias a mis compis cocinillas por enseñarme este truquito tan práctico!!
* Finas hierbas
* Pimienta negra
* Sal
 
Preparación:
- Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC.
- Picamos las aceitunas y los pimientos. Reservamos.
- En un recipiente, mezclamos la harina, la levadura, el bicarbonato y los granos de mostaza.
- En otro recipente, batimos el suero de leche y el aceite. Espolvoreamos sal y pimienta. Agregamos 2 de los huevos y batimos todo.
- Mezclamos las aceitunas, los pimientos, el cebollino, el queso parmesano y una cucharadita de finas hierbas picadas con la harina. Hacemos un hueco en el centro y vertemos la mezcla del suero y los huevos, hasta obterner una pasta espesa.
- Ponemos la mezcla en un molde de hornear, la alisamos un poco con ayuda de una espátula y la pintamos con huevo batido. Decoramos con unas tiras de pimientos y espolvoreamos más finas hierbas picadas y sal en escamas.
- Horneamos durante 45 minutos o hasta que un palillo nos salga limpio, si lo pinchamos por el centro.
Probadlo y no os arrepentiréis, el olorcillo que desprende es delicioso y el sabor increiblemente bueno. Espero que os guste!
 
 
Cheese bread

I’m convalescing for a few days at home and I feel quite bored. To distract myself, they brought me some chapter from a new collection, which has recently appeared on newsstands, about recipes and silicone molds. I saw this bread and I couldn’t resist to the temptation…

Ingredients:

* 75gr stuffed olives
* 75gr Piquillo peppers
* 1 tablespoon chopped chives
* 125g grated Parmesan cheese
* 350g flour
* 2 teaspoons dry yeast
* 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
* 3 eggs
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 300ml buttermilk, If you don’t know how to get it, a very simple way is heating this amount of milk and when it starts to boil, remove from the heat and add juice of a half lemon. Leave it to cool for 10 minutes and strain the result. On the one hand we will have serum and on the other hand we will have done homemade ricotta!! Thanks to my cooking friends for teach me this trick so handy!
* Fine Herbs
* Black pepper
* Salt

Preparation:

- Preheat the oven at 180ºC
- Chop olives and peppers. Reserve them for later.
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, baking soda and seed of mustard.
- In another bowl, beat buttermilk and oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Add 2 eggs and stir all together.
- Mix olives, peppers, chives, Parmesan cheese and a tablespoon of fine herbs with flour. Make a hole in the centre and pour the buttermilk mixture. Mix everything until get thick dough.
- Place the dough in a tray up for the oven. Spread it well along the tray and paint with a beaten egg. Add strips of peppers as a garnish; sprinkle chopped fine herbs and salt.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the inside is done.

Try to prepare it and you won’t regret, the smell that it releases it’s delicious and the flavor is unbelievable good. I hope you like it!!
