Ingredientes:
* Media calabaza
* Queso de cabra
* Tomillo

Baked pumpkins

My father-in-law has come from the village with plenty of pumpkins of his garden. A simple way to prepare them is in the oven, but with these little tricks, the result it’s an amazing delicacy. Because of the big size of the pumpkin that I used, I only baked a half and with the rest I prepared a pumpkin pie that I’ll show you other day.

Ingredients:
* A half of a pumpkin
* Goat cheese
* Thymes

Preparation:
- Remove the seed of the pumpkin and bake it at 180ºC for 35-45 minutes until tender.
- Once it’s ready, break the pulp using a fork. Put on the top some slices of goat cheese and a stick of thymes.
- Gratin until the cheese is melted.

The pumpkin peel can be used as a plate! I hope you like it!
