Ingredientes (2 personas):

* 4 pechugas de pollo
* 2 huevos
* 3 cucharadas de harina
* Pan rallado
* 2 limones
* 1 cucharada de vinagre
* 2 cucharadas de azúcar
* 2 tazas de agua

Lemon Chicken

Reading in some cooking blogs, they commented how easy to prepare this récipe was, so I decided to make it; this meal is one of my favorite orders every time I go to a Chinese restaurant.

Ingredients:

* 4 chicken breasts
* 2eggs
* 3 tablespoons of flour
* Breadcrumbs
* 2 lemons
* 1 tablespoon of vinegar
* 2 tablespoons of sugar
* 2 cups of water

Preparation:

- Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
- Beat eggs and add 2 tablespoons of flour ( in the majority of the recipes was used cornstarch, but I used plain flour and the result was ok).
- Dip the chicken breasts into egg and immediately in breadcrumbs. Fry for both sides and place them on kitchen paper to absorb the excess of oil.
- In a pot, put water, lemon juice, add vinegar and sugar. Meanwhile, in a glass dilute 1 tablespoon of flour with water and add it to the pot.
- Leave it to thick. Then, reduce the heat and leave it for 2 more minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.

It was perfect and not too complicated to make it. I keep this sauce for future creations…Bon appetite!
